Whether it’s sharing a small win in a staff meeting or sending a shoutout via email, these moments of recognition can boost morale and keep the momentum going.
Ending your meetings or initiatives with positivity is equally important. Reiterate the impact of the team’s work, celebrate milestones (big or small), and remind everyone why MTSS is worth the effort. By ending on a high note, you set the stage for continued success throughout the year.
